I'm a Certified Nutritionist and Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor with a Masters in Nutrition Research. I've studied (and continue to explore) a range of mind-body practices, including mindfulness meditation, mindfulness-based self-compassion, herbal medicine, and cross-cultural spiritual practices.
My passion is to share the beautiful tradition of Ayurveda with anyone ready to receive it. Nothing fills my heart more than empowering people to find their own balance through mind-body practices like those found in the Vedas.
Although life can sometimes be chaotic, if you learn to be your own "calm in the storm," nothing can stop you from getting what you want. My goal is to help you find your inner healer by illuminating the wisdom you already hold within your body and mind.
