In this consultation I’ll get to know exactly what it is your looking for, and explain in more detail what my offerings are to see if we’re a match. Feel free to come with any questions that you have around my work and what our time together will look like.

Initial Consultation 1 and 1/2 hours $250

During your initial consultation we’ll go over your primary goals for working together, and then I’ll help you determine your Ayurvedic constitution. With this information you’ll leave with a better understanding of who you are on an energetic level, and I’ll start you off with some practices (tailored to your goals) to begin your journey back into balance.

Follow Up Consultations 1 hour $200

Ayurveda offers endless tools and techniques to keep you aligned and balanced within your mind and body. In our follow-up consultations, we’ll check in on what’s working and what’s not and continue to build your practice in a way that best supports you.

Each session will be tailored to your needs and may include a range of suggestions, including meditation practices, dietary recommendations, breath work, stress-relieving practices, and more.
